You will be there to celebrate in style with the Williams team should their top Brazilian driver (ex team mate to Michael Schumacher at Ferrari and third overall in the Championship last year with Brawn GP) Rubens Barrichello manage to take the chequered flag and win his first ever home Grand Prix.

The Challenge...

To win this fantastic prize all you need to do is book into one of the special Grand Prix Challenge open test sessions which Grand Prix Karting will be holding throughout Summer 2010.

The format is simple... The challenge much harder...

You start your 20 mins session with practice to familiarise yourself with both the kart and track layout, when the lights turn to green, the competition starts as you head straight into your 5 flying qualifying laps whilst the rubber on your tyres is still hot, maximising your chances of putting in a quick one.

You will need to be consistent over all your qualifying laps, there is no point going all out on one 'hot' lap and then throwing it into the barrier on your next, as the average of all 5 laps will be calculated and entered onto the leaderboard, just one mistake could blow your chances of winning.

You can enter the competition as many times as you like and it doesn’t matter what the weather throws at us, come rain, shine or just that little bit undecided, we are holding separate leaderboards for all 3 circuit conditions. The top drivers from each leaderboard will then be invited to a free final in October, where all drivers will compete under the same conditions, with the overall winner taking home the illustrious prize.

Price of each entry is £30 and the competition is open to all Club Members. If you are not already a member then membership can be picked up quite easily on the day and costs just £5 for the year.
